Admin/Marketing:
We are seeking a motivated individual to take on all of the front end administrative and marketing tasks for the business. Do you thrive wearing several hats in a small business? You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining schedules, emails, leads, client relationships, online marketing, supplies, inventory, and more.
You must have the following skills.
Savvy with a computer. Like seriously… This isn’t something we have time to teach you. You have to be efficient and productive weather you are getting familiar with new software, building an ad campaign, updating the website, managing emails, and more.
Effective Communicator: You will be dealing directly with customers for their initial introduction to our business. You must be able to communicate well and enjoy customer relations.
Quick learner: We work in the wood industry. While you don’t have to fully understand the industry, you must be able to prove that you are capable of picking up the lingo, and really know what you are talking about both internally and customer facing.
Common Sense: If this requirement is confusing or needs explanation, this job likely isn’t for you.
You Understand Marketing: You understand both online marketing such as SEO, Social Media, and E-Commerce as well as other marketing channels and how to leverage them to benefit the business.

Entry Level Woodworker:
Have you always thought it would be awesome to land a woodworking job where you can hone in your skills or learn new skills to push yourself to the next level? We are looking for an Entry Level Woodworker to join our small crew. You will start out on a sander, actually learn how to use a tape, and work your way up to taking on full woodworking projects from start to finish pending you keep all of your fingers intact in the process.
You must have the following skills.
You can take direction, follow instructions, and ask questions when you don’t know what to do next.
You don’t sit around and scroll on TikTok and Snapchat when we are unavailable and you don’t know what to do next. Instead you pick up a broom or organize a shelf or find some way to keep yourself busy because you understand the value of hard work and keeping yourself busy when you are on the clock. In fact, you really can’t stand TikTok or Snapchat because you know it’s all brain rot anyways.
You have COMMON SENSE. You don’t make assumptions. Instead you ask questions and make sure you are on the right path.
Woodworking excites you. You are developing a passion for the craft and the idea of getting better is a driver for you.
Someone taught you the value of hard work, showing up on time, and putting in an honest days work. You don’t think the world owes you something and you know you have to earn your way into success.
You are a quick learner. You can familiarize yourself with new machinery fast but you aren’t afraid to tell us when you are uncomfortable running something without more direction.
